Digital film

Hi,i have a friend who has brought a film and it came with a free digital version,he had downloaded it onto his PS3 but then accidentally deleted it.He has go to download it again but it says that the code can no longer be used. So are these digital downloads a one time thing,what happens if you needed to format the HDD,do you lose the film for good.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.

write to them and ask them, then come back and tell us, i'd be really interested to know. Unless anyone else has done this, then it'll be pure speculation on their part.

Ok will do,i have told him to go back to the retailer from where he brought it,i will keep you posted on what they say.
