Hallo,
My network has w98, w2k and wXP clients. I use windows nt 4.0 sp6 as domain
controller.
In the pdc logon scripts there are sentences that map network drivers as
follows:
NET USE O: /DELETE /YES
net use O: \\server1\folder1 /yes
Recently, I have changed that sentences for this ones:
NET USE O: /DELETE /YES
net use O: \\server2\folder1 /yes
when restart w98 and w2k clients map network dives correctly but wxp
sometimes map network drives to server1 and sometimes to server2.
I reviewed logon script in both pdc and bdc but there is no file contained
mappings instructions to server1.
I also reviewed DNS and WINS seaching any conflict with server1 and server2
but also seems to be good.

Why wxp are still mapping network drivers to server1 at logon??.
Thank you.
