My computer is possessed

Maybe someone can explain this to me because I don't understand why the NT
Authority/Network Services and NT Authority/System are logging on and logging
off of my computer. Ex: I can log on to the internet then try to go into
some web site and it will tell me I can't view it offline (but I am online).
I will then get a message asking me if I want to connect or work offline and
when I hit connect it says that I am connected and do I want to use
connection or hang up first. AND THEN when I go into Services I see that
this NT Authority/Network Services has a password that I don't even know (16
characters), where did that come from? I have disabled most of his services.
In my control panel>Internet Options>Connections it shows my name as user
and a 16 character password that there again I don't know. I emailed my ISP
and they requested a chat and after one and a half hours they still had no
explanation...HELP!!!!
