best athlon XP MB

I am about to buy an Athlon XP 1600, and I am wondering what is the best mainboard for the price. I know the ECS is the cheapest, and it is 266fsb, but is it worth it to pay for a better board like the Shuttle AK31, or SOyo K7V Dragon, or the Gigabyte GA-tDX? I am most likely looking to overclock the board,a dn possibly the ram. Please let me know, thanks.

My shuttle ak31 runs fairly well, but with 2 different brands of ddram, my overclocking is limited to 139-140 fsb. Had to enable cmos jumper for 10 seconds (system off) to get it to boot up with the xp. No problems after that. For $81 (newegg) it's a steal, and I would definately buy another one.
