Your integrated graphics are really going to hold you back. The minimum requirements call for an x1800XT or 7800GT, both of which are significantly faster than the 4250 IGP. Then again, it does say it will run on some intel integrated graphics. Odds are you're not going to get good performance if you try to run the game, even on minimum settings you're likely to have problems getting an acceptable framerate. If you have a desktop that meets the games requirements, play it on that.
