Since EVDO is being started in many areas, why is it still by a datacard
only, requiring a 2nd contract? There doesn't seem to be a single phone that
can use it, so instead of getting one contract, you have to have two.. One
for voice, one for data.
You can already thether a phone and do high speed data with the 1x stuff,
why not the same for EVDO?

There is a EVDO phone available as of this week to the Verizon business
channels. Will be available to the public in Jan. LG 8000 is due out in
January also I believe.
