    the native resolution is 1366 x 768

I see, normally, the native resolution remains the best resolution.
I seen the specs mentioning 1080 p though, but its still weird for a 19 inch monitor to be able to display 1080 p .
If you tried other resolutions other than the native [bigger res] and it doesn't work, my guess is you will have to stick with the native res.
