I've seen three Nforce motherboards in production at the moment and due out by early December.

I think the only difference between the Asus boards, is one is specked to have a lot of the extra features such as the LAN.
Does anyone know if either of these is better than the other? I am not familiar with the MSI products in general, and am iffy on going with them dispite the price difference. They also seem to have all the features I want for cheeper (Lan, Sound, and video).
I want the board to set up my server. Currently, it only has a P2 300, an old TNT card, and 10-base-T netcard. I figure the board will be a great upgrade for everything for cheep.
