Old Abit LX6 -Penn ll

I am trying to get a Old Abit LX6 with a Penn 11 to run - It will boot up Fine- When your in windows it will Lock up and you have to hit the reset button and re-boot - Also I
see little white Speaks on the Monitor - Could it be bad BIOS or a bad Board or a Bad Penn ll or ram- I also can not find a Bios up=grade for this board

YOu have to look real hard to find the BIOS, it's on one of Abit's other archive sites.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?
