Once I turn on my computer, my keyboard and mouse does not work at all. I'm
not sure if I was affected by a virus or not but I do have several virus
protection tools on my computer.

Please help.

"... I do have several virus protection tools on my computer."

You should only use one antivirus program. Having two or more antivirus
programs makes your computer more vulnerable to attack, not less.
