I have a EPOX 8K7A+ Motherboard with Windows ME and I am planning to upgrade to Windows XP.
Are there any problems that I should be aware of?

Which Raid Technology should I be using for my two Western Digital IDE Disk Drives and that will be supported by Windows XP?

Currently my second Western Digital IDE Disk Drive is just used as a Backup Disk Drive that I use only for Backup Purposes with the "Ghost" Program that copies the Drive Image to the second IDe Disk Drive.

My Computer System Consists of the following components.

EPOX 8K7A+ Motherboard.
AMD Athlon 1.4 GHZ CPU.
PC Power & Cooling Mid-Tower Computer Case.
PC Power & Cooling Silencer 425 Watt ATX Power Supply.
PC Power & Cooling Computer Case Front And Back Silencer Fans.
Cooler Master EP5-6I11-A1 Heatsink And CPU Fan.
512 Megabytes DDR PC-2100 RAM.
2 Western Digital 80 Gigabyte ATA 100 IDE Disk Drives.
Iomega External SCSI ZIP 100 Drive
Plextor UltraPlex SCSI CD-ROM Drive.
Plextor Plexwriter 16/10/40A CDRW Drive.
Adaptec 2940UW SCSI Disk Controller PCI Card.
ATI Radeon 64 MB DDR AGP Graphics Card.
3COM 10/100 NIC PCI Card.
US Robotics 56K Internal PCI Modem.

for the RAID cant help but XP is perfectly stable here and no need to install shitty VIA drivers with XP!!!!
We have about same config btw.

2k was good but XP even better...if u tweak it!
