Will intel graphics media accelerator x4500hd work on shogun 2

My husband recently bought SHogun 2 and it will not run on our current computer. Since we are on a tight budget I am looking and have found a computer with thw following:

its unlikley its supported directly and even if it does run its unlikely to be anything more than a slide show, even at minimum...
honestly i dont think it meets minimum requirements by some way.

your cpu is a reasonable entry level gaming cpu. it overclocks well and would love a gfx card like a gts250 or gtx 260/ all you would need is a decent 450watt psu minimum and you would be golden. and have a well balanced entry level gaming system.
