Memory Bus Speeds

I was curious, the FSB of a Pentium 4 is an effective 400 MHz (100 MHz quad pumped), and the FSB of the AMD is 200/266 MHz (100/133 MHz dual pumped). The Rambus memory for the P4 runs at an effective 800 MHz, yet it has an actual clock speed of 400 MHz. Does the memory bus run at 800 MHz or 400 MHz? What speed does the AMD memory bus run at? Does the memory bus need to actually run twice as fast to support a dual pumped (DDR) RAM? If not, is the AMD's memory bus actually running at 100/133 MHz even with DDR memory?

Thanks,

The AMD memory bus runs at the following speed:
With normaal SDRAM at 100/133 MHz, but the FSB is at 200/266 MHz (dual pumped).
With DDR RAM (PC1600 or PC2100) at 200/266 MHz (dual pumped), with the FSB also at 200/266 MHz (dual pumped).
