How to start the main mission in Saints Row 3?

So yeah I've just got my first crib and stuff. I run around for awhile and when someone call me I press 'E' to start and clear off some gangs. What I've seen on my map was all the properties, stores, activities and houses. Where's the main mission or symbol on the map?
