Don't forget:

Orcs Must Die! - 3.49$

Orcs Must Die! - Artifacts of Power 0.62$

Orcs Must Die! - Lost Adventures 0.87$

So not fair that Steam thinks 1 Dollar and 1 Euro is the same :pfff:

Not to mention GBP to USD is only about 1.15 according to steam.

For anyone whose not had the joy of a Steam sale before here's some advice.

1. If there's a game you want wait until its on the today only deal or buy it on the last day of the sale.
Odds are the game will go on today only in one form or another. I know of countless people how have brought a game for 50% off at the start of the sale only for it to go on today only for 75% off.

2. Multipacks are your friend. Before Steam trading was added you needed a few friends who wanted the game, now you can just trade games of a similar value.
Generally in 4 packs you get one of the games for free, as well as any sale discounts. This can equate to 90% or more off the retail price.

For example Borderlands GOTY (33% off in this example)
Single - £13.39
Four page - £40.17

Which works out at just under 50% off each copy.

3. Check the terms of bundles. Some bundles like the Orange box allow you to trade or gift any extras (games you already have, but are in the bundle), while others don't.
In some cases it worth buying the bundle then trading it for the games you want from the bundle plus others titles not in the bundle.

I'll be playing Skyrim till late January at this rate. But I might buy Mass Effect 1&2 just so I own them.
