FIC SD-11 problem

I am in the process of building my first system and I have hit a snag. I have a Athlon 750 on a FIC SD-11 mobo and when I powered it up I got no picture on my monitor. Everything is correct and where it should be. Logged on to FIC website and got tech support number. After numerous messages, they still have yet to contact me about this problem. I have a shotgun and I am ready to use it on this board. Has anyone had any problems like this?

Yeah have had problems with this board. When the Athlon first came out I tried to use this board with little luck. I finally sent it back twice and gave up on the board. Their tech support is terrible and left me with a bad overall FIC experience. My advice is to get a different board if possible.
