Razer Mamba 2012 vs Cyborg Rat M.M.O 7

I want to get one for my brother as a present and dont know which one to get him.. i own the rat 5 and rat 7 special edition and their great..my brother uses a razer deathadder so he might like the mambe more but the mmo7 has way more features and have more customization but hasnt been released it only announced sometime in december but his birthday is dec 7. should i just get him the mamba or wait for the mmo7.

he owns a gaming asus laptop with dual 580s so hes a serious gamer and he needs a serious gamign mouse...help please.
P.S im also getting him a keypad (razer nostromo or the logitech g13)!!choose one ><

I personally own more then one Razer product so I would recommend those but I have seen some good reviews for the rat mouse. Check out youtube for reviews on both. I'm pretty sure I've seen them on there.
