The EPOX. there. Seriously, you need to state your intentions for usage and price factors and what socket A processor you intend to use and if you overclock.
But tween the two, the EPOX is better overall.

I am building a new comp and I find myself wondering the same question. I play on using an Athlon XP 1600+ with it and gaming and music downloading on it. WHich is best for me?
