Thunderbird(200FSB) and 266DDR ram ok?

Hiya, thanks to some great advice, I'm gonna go with a
Gigabyte GA-7VTXE. I am also buying a 950mhz athlon with a 200mhz FSB. My question is this: Can I buy DDR ram at 266mhz FSB speed? or do I need the 200mhz FSB speed. I'd like to get the 266 if it will be compatible with the 200mhz FSB of the cpu so that I can upgrade to 266FSB cpu later with no memory issues.

should be backwards compatable...i know pc133 ram is

That's what I am assuming... Some more feedback would be great though before i actually buy it.

i have an athlon with the 200 fsb, and 266 ddr....
works fine, and is fast.
but the 266 fsb will make it faster.
that is why i am going to be getting an xp soon.
but it works...so you should be fine!
