your processor is severely undergunned for bf3 on multiplayer. The popular benchmarks out for processors are fooling everybody. They are done on scripted single player movie scenes, and there is very little if any processor involvement towards the FPS on those benchmarks. you will get very nasty spikes on multiplayer even on lowest settings with that processor.
