I had zero problems with XP/SP2 until a few weeks ago - for no apparent
reason all users of my PC (I have different profiles set up) expericne freeze
up at "loading personal settings".

No new software has been loaded - I also have Spybot and Ad aware and use
them every day.

The behavior is recovered from by rebooting, and the error never happens at
that point.

Any ideas?

Hi

Have a look in the Event Viewer for an entry that pint towards the problem.
