Max Res. for BF3 with current setup?

Could I run BF3 on max settings on any resolution? What settings do you anticipate I could smoothly play multiplayer on 1920 x 1080 res.

The video card is actually EVGA, my bad. Also the reason i posted is mainly because I want to know what monitor I should get. Should I for sure get a 2ms response time LCD or is 5ms enough for BF3?
