Dual display card

I have installed an AGP and a PCI graphics adapter to my DFI motherboard.
On power-up, the PCI graphics card works as primary. Only after boot up win98, the AGP work as secondary display.

How do I select the AGP card as primary display on pwer-up?
I've check in my BIOS setup and found none to change the display setting.

Thanks

what motherboard.
there SHOULD be a setting in the bios that says something like "INIT DISPLAY"
if there is something like that, then you change that to agp, then the agp will be the primary, and the pci secondary.
