Does anyone know IF there is a series of Armor Quests for the Mystic? If
so, where does one get offered the quest?

Any other good quests for Mystic level 20-21?

Yes, there is, but, I have not bothered to check into it yet, still have
another couple levels to go.

Selwyn Oakheart, standing at the tree near the zone-in. She will give you
all six parts of the Mystic Armor Quests (AQ1-AQ6).
