integrated sound :- (

Does anybody know if there is a way to bypass the integrated sound on the following motherboard so I can use a better soundcard?
MotherBoard: Gigabyte GA-7DX Rev 4.3 Socket A w/Audio XP READY . Supports up to 2GB DDR / SDRAM ATA 100

I'm not familiar with that particular board, but all you should have to do is disable it in the BIOS.

you can also disable profile in device manager i have done this with the intergrated video as well
