Guys:

I'm getting a Tyan Tiger MP soon and I would like to know if the standard XPs will run on dual configurations or if I must get the more expensive/slow MPs?

Regards

It MIGHT run, but it will be slower than equally clocked MPs, and not supported by AMD.

if i remember right, amd recalled all the early XP's from retailers as they were mp enabled, maybe you can hunt two of em down

Although it has a lot of good ideas, beer doesn't know anything about computers!!!

i mean, look at what a single one can do...imagine two...

They say that the MP is (better) for multiprocessor configurations.
So I don't think that it will be running on a XP.
