New WoW install

I have an old MacBook with WoW/Cataclysm installed (It's a miracle it ran). Bought new PC H8-1050 Pavilion Elite desktop computer with a 3.4GHz Second Generation Intel Core i7-2600 processor, 10GB PC-3 10600 DDR3 SDRAM, 1.5TB 5400RPM SATA hard drive, Radeon HD 6850 graphics with 1GB GDDR5 dedicated graphics memory. My question is, do I install original all WoW upto Cataclysm or Cataclysm only on new pc and what settings do I need to optimize WoW gaming? Thanks.

Your laptop should max WoW out easily @ 1080.
You will have to install the whole game including all of the expansions which I remember to be around 25GB.
