When I reboot my PC, I noticed that the Windows Image Acquisition service is
very slow to start. This also seems to delay the start of other tasks (i.e..
Norton Anti Virus, Windows Firewall, Internet Explorer), until WIA starts
up.

Does anyone have an idea why WIA slow to start, and how to correct this
situation?
