:hello:
I am playing the game at 1280x720 everything low and only getting 30 and below fps when i'm outside of building and the exact opposite in buildings.


My PC Spec:
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
Intel core 2 Quad 8200 2.33GHz
8GB 1333Mhz of Ram
His HD5670 512Mb (For some reason in dxdiag it shows 243MB of video Ram)

Why is that in dxdiag shows that it's only 243mb and also shows it on game booster diag.
I was also reading around the web saying to downgrade the drivers to before January 2011 so I installed 10.12 drivers and went from 243 mb to 242mb.
