cannot upload pics into my MSN webpage albums anymore...???

I get this strange warning box from microsoft Internet Explorer that I have
never seen before.."this page provides potentially unsafe inormation to an
ActiveX control, your current security settings prohibit running controls in
this manner, as a result, this page may not display correctly". I have
checked all my firewalls and security settings, cleared all temp files,
cookies, checked my Norton Internet Security. Also, made sure I am set at
medium security levels in all programs...what's up with this...I am very
upset....thansk for any help...I have seven websites that I manage, and just
cannot have this happening where i can't figure it out on my
own....Teachergary.
