The Greeks have lost their marbles.

A mental disability here is roughly defined to include people who struggle to function in society ... the emphasis is on level of function and autonomy.

Normalcy used to be the benchmark ... and that is also a functional one ... assessable.

This would preclude most of those on the Greek list.

Seems like they truly are setting up a welfare state.

Wonder how many of their population actually work?

If not enough work and pay enough tax ... how the hell are they going to get out of their current mess?
