Problems with Powercolor PVK7motherboard

I bought this mobo brand new, installed a classic athlon 900 mhz processor, PC 133 Ram and video card,all new, tried memory test, (memory sticks previously tested in another working computer and are ok) video card gives image on screen, so is ok, first screen comes up, says Athlon 900 processor, then "checking NV Ram" at this point, the system hangs, does not count up memory, no beep codes, doesn't complete POST.Also, no response from keyboard. It would seem to be either a BIOS or CMOS problem, is anyone out there familiar with this board, and is there anything I can do? (tried changing jumper settings and cleared CMOS by changing its jumper,as described in the manual, it did not help. The processor is supposed to be compatible with this board, it has the Via KX 133 chipset. I tried Emailing the manufacturer's tech support, can't get a reply from them. Word has it from other hardware sites that this is not a very good mobo. Please help, if you can, Thanks!

Try your ram 1 stick at a time, in various slots. Could have a bad slot, or bad memory.
