Hello,

My problem is simple: when I invoke the copy button or the copy utility in HP precision scan and try to reduce ( anything under 100%) I obtain three parallel lines on left in my printed copy. It does not occur when I copy at 100% and when I scan normally choosing "printer" in the "Where do you want your scan to go" box after (even after reducing under 100%).

I hope you have some clues for it.
