I have a DFI AK75 motherboard. It uses the VIA VT8363A North Bridge chipset and the VT82C686B South Bridge chipset. I have resently installed Win XP Pro. Everything works great except the damn thing won't recognize my "CPU to AGP controller". This limits me from taking advantage of my AGP 4x graphics and treats the card like a PCI device. I am using the newest VIA 4 in 1 pack and thier newest AGP driver (4.10). I also have newest BIOS updates and other drivers for my hardware. What should I do?
--MY SYSTEM SPECS--
ATI RADEON 7500 AGP 4x - running newest driver
SB LIVE 5.1 SOUND CARD - newwst driver as well (not the Audigy)
1.33 Ghz ATHOLON CPU
512megs of PC133 SD-RAM
30gig HARD DRIVE WITH 3 PARTITIONS - I'm running Win Me on one partition, XP Pro on the second and the third partirion just serves as a "shared" drive. all 3 partitions use FAT 32
there's also a bunch of other miscilaneous hardware that shouldn't make a difference (modem, ect.)
thanx
