Wery low memory bandwich

I hvae a dual p3 system running on

MSI 6321 with 694D AIR Chipset
Dual P3 900 mhz
768 Mb ram PC133
Radeon 64 VIVO

I have testet my machine with SiSoft Samanta 001 and i get a really crappy score.

172 mb/sec

It's equal to a 440BX chipset running PC 66.

I think it's crappy.

This results in quake3 "and other software" whan i play a bigger map i can't get more than 40 FPS and it's not my com_maxfps setting there's wrong.

I tried a bios tweak and had it up running 380 mb/sec by setting the Ram to 0WS. But my system goes unstable. Is it a driver problem bios problem or what could my problem be ??

Any of U that have the same board ? Please test it and report back to me.

Hope that some of U can help me, because i'm really tired of my system performance.
