I want to home-build a compact flat-laying PC that is basically just two 800x600 touchscreen panels (low glare), dual display video chipset capable of two screens of 800x600 at 256 colors (16-bit color preferred), one PCMCIA slot, a processor at least as powerful as a Pentium 100 (300+ preferred), 32 MB RAM (64+ preferred), Windows 98SE (or 2000), and then I need only 8-32 MB of disk space for the applications I plan to run (maybe some sort of RAM disk would be possible.) I don't need a keyboard, though a keyboard port would be a necessity for set up. Battery power would be nice but not necessary. Bonus points if the second screen is detachable for when I don't need it. The one PCMCIA slot will hold a wireless ethernet card, BTW.
