Opening Printers and Faxes in Control Panel creates unexpe..

When I click on the Printers and Faxes icon in Control Panel I get the
message "Windows Explorer has encountered an unexpected error and needs to
close". This happens with one or two of the other Control Panel icons but
most of them open with no problem. Any assistance/ideas gratefully received.

This may come from some application running in the background. See

Also scan your system for malware with Ad-aware
