There is no sound in my system after some manipulations with Registry.
Sound and Audio Devices Properties window informs that 5 controllers have
damages in its information in Registry - Windows cannot start this hardware
device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete
or damaged. (Code 19)
Following controllers are mentioned:
Microsoft Kernel Acoustic Echo Canceller
Microsoft Kernel GS Wavetable Syntheserer
Microsoft Kernel DLS Syntheserer
Microsoft Kernel Wave Audio Mixer
Microsoft Kernel DRM Audio Deserambler
Does somebody know how to restore the sound in my system (without reinstall
WinXP)?
My system is WinXP+SP2.
Thanks in advance

Run sfc /scannow from a command prompt to restore corrupted or missing
system files.
