I upgraded my netscape to version 7.2 and when I did, all my windows system
sounds went away. I've been into the sounds in control panel, and they're all
still there and play correctly when I play them there, but they don't when
they should while Windows is just running e.g. empty recycle, or connect new
device, etc.

What might Netscape have done to get in the way of my sounds?????
