I am looking at a low end motherboard with the sis735 chipset,for a new pc. The motherboard is from Pcchips 830rl with sis735 chipset. I have two questions:
1) I have read about this board and chipset being tested with win98se but was wondering if there would be any problems trying to run windows xp on this system.

2)I was told by a tech at work, that this motherboards since low end, are only 4 layer and not 6 layer, which he
said would present problems, yes or no.
