I cannot open my Toshiba Power Saver because a message pops up saying "to
adjust power management settings, close Microsoft XP Power Options and use
Toshiba Power Options. I cannot open Toshiba Power options at all, and I do
not know how to get to Microsoft XP Power Options or how to close it??

Thank you
