I am mounting a micro based on ECSK7S5A motherboard and the GE Force 2-AGP MX400 video card. Did anyone have any problem with this configuration?

micro based?
explain?
and as far as problems with the k7s5a and the mx-400, i am not sure, but i MIGHT have read something about conflicts, but not sure...
i have had not had any conflicts or incompatibilities with this board, the only thing you might want to consider is that it is a full sized atx motherboard, actually, a little larger than some other full sized...i think.
so make sure that it is going to fit in your case, and that you will be able to use the drive bays...
most mid sized cases fit it...

I am mounting a micro computer a computer.
I read something about problems to run programs and games in motherboard using DDR memory. I don't Know if this is true or if is a serious problem (without solution). Do you Know something about that?
Thank you for the recomendations about the board size.

I never heard of any problems between DDR and games/apps.
But sometimes the motherboards chipset can cause some compatibility problems.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground   .

yeah, i was talking about the ECS K7S5A too...that is the motherboard i am using...
here is my system...
ECS K7S5A Motherboard
Athlon 900
256 DDR
40 gig maxtor
MSI-831 geforce2 pro 64meg DDR
Diamond mx-300 sound card
mid tower case.
350w psu..
some fans, and a cd-rom and floppy...which are both pretty generic..
i dont have any compatibility problems...
AND, this chipset is supposed to be pretty compatible...no real issues that i know of.
