I just got a new FIC az11ea mboard amd 1.3 ghz cpu (266fsb). http://www.fic.com.tw/motherboards [...] _intro.htm

I havent gotten the pc133 RAM yet and wanted to know how to use the pc100 until i get the new RAM
Do i need to change the FPS setting or something?

My bios let's me choose Pc-100 or Pc-133 ram.
Check your bios.

So if I am using pc100 does that mean the FSB needs to be at 100mhz also?

From what i understand, yes.
This because if not you would be overclocking your ram from 100 to 133.
