Booting from CD

Hello everybody.
I'm trying to boot Win 7 from my ultimate windows 7 CD.
It goes through the file loading, and then the classic windows 7 background appears with a very large cursor, but no set up window.
What should I do?

Hi.

The installation takes some minutes to load the necessary files for the installation. If that doesn't works try with another DVD BUT with ur own key.
