EPOX Best AMD Athlon Motherboard?

I currently have the EPOX 8K7A+ Motherboard which I will be giving to my Nephew.

Which EPOX Motherboard should I buy that will be used for the AMD Athlon 1900 XP CPU Chip that I will be ordering too?

Does the EPOX Motherboard combination with the AMD Athlon 1900 XP CPU Chip really outperform the Intel Pentium 4 Two Gigahertz CPU Chip by that much?

Are there better Motherboards for the AMD Athlon 1900 XP CPU Chip then the EPOX 8k7A+ or the 8KHA+?

Some people like the new Iwill 333ddram board that just came out, but performance is a little less than the kt266a chipset. The epox 8KHa is probably still the best overclocking board. I use the shuttle ak31 ($80 newegg) and run it at 138 fsb. It has fewer adjustments in the bios for overclocking, but is a great value with 4 ddram slots and 6 pci slots, and no dip switches to fool with.
