GTA IV Problem on Start Up?

A couple months ago I added a graphics mod to my GTA IV for PC. It worked fine for a month or so and now when I try to open it a window pops up and says GTA IV has stopped working and then disappears. I dont know whats wrong and I deleted the mod and it still says that. What should I do? How can I fix this?

Try to run as an ADMIN if not re-install the game
