advice on these psu please

hi, i want to replace the generic 350W psu that came with my enermax cs305 case for a quieter one; as i will be buying a branded psu, i assume quality should not be an issue so i welcome adivce about [relative] quietness, heat generation etc etc.
the ones i am considering are:
1) enermax EG365AX-VE FM 350W @ £41
2) thermaltake TT-420APD 420W quiet (?"supersilent" ) @ £41
3) levicom 420W psu @ £41 [or the levicom 350Wpsu with blue led fans @£35]
4) topower Silent 420W Triple fan PSU @£47

does anyone have any info on the levicoms? they are sold by a store locally but any review seems to be in german!
what about Topower psus - decent, or cheap and nasty?
i was all set to jump for the enermax [and may still unless the others are thought to be good by you folks] but am just slightly cautious about the high heat productions comment in the psu round-up review given that it is going over an overclocked 2100+...
