Why dont you try spray painting the inside of the case with green uv paint. I think this would enhance the overall "GLOW" much better than the bare metal silver...
And lose the lighted fans, just get uv colored unlighted fans. You could even put uv stickers or something inside as well, or a design painted by hand.
