Task Manager Disabled

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.perform_maintain (More info?)

When I try to run Task Manager, I get a message "Task Manager has been
disabled by your administrator." I can't figure out how to re-enable it. I
do have administrator privileges.
