Some time ago i put considerable effort into thinking up a PSU and Power FAQ.

At the time it went into the other components forum, and due to certain factors it never got finalised.

Now that we have a dedicated PSU & case forum it might be fime to dredge it up, polish it off and sticky it.

what do ya think?

I wish I was reading it now. I would know whether I order a lemon in the Allied 400 Watt 2 fan PSU from newegg.

SO hard to tell really without knowing the brand, original manufacturer and voltage rail ratings.

One hopes that becauze its a dual fan PSU its of slightly better quality than the cheapass ones.
